Terms of service

The service is provided upon conclusion of a contract and after payment of a deposit for the search in the amount of 10 000 CZK .

Search for a residential property

The cost of the service is equal to the cost of one month's rent for the found object

search for a commercial property

The cost of the service is equal to the cost of one month's rent for the found object, but not less than 50 000 CZK and not more than 120 000 CZK
